Presentation
Alumni and friends of alumni who want to invest in innovative start-ups, we are pleased to introduce you to the ENSAE Business Angels network. Becoming a Business Angel means investing in innovative SMEs in a tax-free way. The tax provisions of the TEPA law of August 22, 2007 now make it possible to deduct up to 75% of individual investments in innovative start-up SMEs from wealth tax. This complements the partial income tax exemption (25% tax credit) previously in place, known as the "Madelin" advantage.
Meetings
The network meets every third Tuesday of the month, except during school vacations. At each meeting, 4 or 5 projects are presented by their promoters (and members are invited to ask questions), followed by a cocktail reception for informal two-way exchanges between potential investors and project promoters. The projects presented are pre-selected by the Selection Committee.
