Appointments - Promotion

Romain Lagresle is appointed Group Technical and Innovation Director of CNP Assurances. He succeeds Quentin Boudoux,(ENSAE) recently appointed Group M&A Director of CNP Assurances.

As Group Technical and Innovation Director, Romain Lagresle is in charge of actuarial services, data science and strategic marketing for the CNP Assurances Group's life and non-life businesses. He reports to Thomas Béhar's Group Financial and Non-Financial Department, also Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Romain Lagresle graduated from ENSAE Paris (l'École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique) in 2013, with the title of actuary, and began his career in financial consulting at EY Paris. For eight years, he built up his expertise through audit and actuarial finance consulting assignments with insurers and bancassurers. In 2021, he joined CNP Assurances as head of Group actuarial and accounting methods and standards, and in 2023 took over responsibility for and management of the actuarial function teams at CNP Assurances Prévoyance, CNP Santé Individuelle and CNP Assurances IARD.
