Presentation

ENSAE au féminin aims to strengthen ties between ENSAE alumnae. 1. creating opportunities for alumnae to meet and exchange views on their career paths, areas of expertise and skills; 2. communicating on alumnae's career paths; 3. Providing a framework for information and reflection on key themes: career management, mobility, dual careers, discrimination, diversity policies, social issues, etc. 4. Developing mentoring and coaching links between alumni.

Meetings

To this end, ENSAE au féminin regularly organizes: 1. alumni-meeting events: networking opportunities or invitations to alumnae to present their career paths; 2. Guest speakers to shed light on women's career paths, their skills development needs, human resources policies affecting them, dual careers, etc.; 3. Surveys and polls to analyze alumnae's career paths, expectations and needs; 4. A framework conducive to the development of mentoring between former and "more senior" employees.

Partners

ENSAE au féminin is expanding its activities beyond the alumnae network by creating partnerships and exchanges with "friends of ENSAE au féminin" (partner associations, etc.).
