Back to our event on Le Capital Seniors, and intergenerational inclusion.

This morning, a select group of alumni gathered for a breakfast debate with Florence Bonnevay (ENSAE 1987), co-author of the book Le Capital Seniors, and Frédéric Rollin (ENSAE 1988), artist and illustrator.

Florence Bonnevay shared the main findings of this book, the fruit of a research project carried out with Pierre Emmanuel Médioni within the FIT2 Chair at the École des Mines de Paris.

Frédéric Rollin presented his artistic work, which adds a unique dimension to the book.

Participants exchanged views on concrete solutions for valuing experienced employees and promoting a culture of intergenerational inclusion, all in a very convivial atmosphere.

Many thanks to the speakers and alumni present for these enriching exchanges.

Stay tuned for our next events!

Love it
