Join the ENSAE Alumni Mentoring Program!

The ENSAE Alumni association is launching the fourth edition of its Mentoring program, a privileged exchange space to support young talents in their discovery of the professional world.

Why become a Mentor?

As a Mentor, you'll share your experience with a young student or professional, helping them to understand the challenges of the working world, develop their network and reflect on their career path. Discussions can cover a wide range of topics: career management, job selection criteria, networking, company organization, and much more.

What mentoring can do for you :

• Develop your leadership and coaching skills
• Gain perspective on your own journey and goals
• Enrich your perspectives with new ideas and generations
• Improve your soft skills (listening, caring, collaboration, etc.)

How does it work?

The Mentoring team will put you in touch with a mentee and support you throughout the process. A few meetings are enough: 3 exchange sessions are recommended, remotely or in person, depending on your availability.

Interested?

All you have to do is fill in a short questionnaire or, if you were a mentor last year, confirm your participation by e-mail. In January, an information meeting will be held on Teams to present the stages and tools of the program.
