Economy & Finance Breakfast

Le Capital Seniors: A survey of creative career and skills management

Dear Alumni,

We are delighted to invite you to our last Economy & Finance breakfast of this 2024 year on the theme of Career Management and Intergenerational Inclusion.

When three alumni of the ENSAE class of 1987 get together, they share not only memories, but also an ambition: to rethink the place of seniors in the corporate world. Together, they have produced Le Capital Seniors, a groundbreaking book that creatively explores how companies can enhance and extend the careers of their experienced employees.

Combining surveys, personal accounts and hard-hitting illustrations, this book offers essential keys to transforming work organization and fostering a culture of intergenerational inclusion.

Le capital séniors: by Florence Bonnevay (author), Pierre-Emmanuel Médioni (author) and Frédéric Rollin (illustrator)

Join us for breakfast with one of the book's two authors and illustrator, both ENSAE Paris alumni! Immerse yourself in this innovative reflection based on testimonials, case studies and concrete solutions to help companies transform towards respectful and rewarding management of all ages.
