Appointments - Michel Haski appointed Managing Director of bfinance

Michel joined bfinance International as Managing Director, Head of Institutional Clients for the EMEA region, after several years as Managing Director of Allianz Global Investors Europe and Managing Director of Allianz Global Investors France.

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique (ENSAE) and holder of a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Paris, Michel began his career with Bernard Krief Consultants and then Dorset Development before moving into finance. He worked on the development of Crédit Commercial de France (CCF), now HSBC France, then held management positions at Framlington Asset Management and Foster & Braithwaite, two London-based subsidiaries of CCF Asset Management, before joining the Allianz Group in 1996 as Managing Director of Dresdner RCM Gestion in Paris. He was then appointed Managing Director of AGF Asset Management (2002), following the merger of Dresdner RCM Gestion and AGF Asset Management. In May 2006, he joined Allianz Global Investors Europe, initially as Head of Development, then as Managing Director from July 2008. From December 2009 until February 2011, Michel Haski was also co-head of sales for Allianz GI in Europe.
